Query Letter Contents	We refer to AMEDIA's announcement dated 21 February 2013 in respect of the aforesaid matters. (2) To also state whether the issuance of Additional Warrants is subject to the approval of the holders of Outstanding Warrants. (4) Factor(s) that may be considered by the board before determining whether to apply any discount to the issue price of the Right Shares.
