| Interim dividend The Board of Directors has declared a fourth interim single-tier tax-exempt dividend of 8.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012, to be paid on 29 March 2013. The entitlement date for the dividend payment is 15 March 2013. A depositor shall qualify for entitlement to the dividend only in respect of: (i) shares transferred to the depositor's securities account before 4.00 pm on 15 March 2013 in respect of transferes; and (ii) shares bought on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Final dividend The Board of Directors proposes to recommend for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a final single-tier tax-exempt dividend of 8.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the finanical year ended 31 December 2012, to be paid on a date to be determined. |
