(b) Downpayments made to vendors by�the wholly-owned commercial bank subsidiary amounting to RM181,777 for�supply�and installation�of computer equipment and computer related systems. The financial assistance granted above amounting to RM65,563,938 has no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Hwang-DBS Group.
