Mr Mok Chew Yin (NRIC No. 540331-10-5817), Ms Ooi Siew Choo (NRIC No. 710122-07-5294) and Ms Tham Hsueh Yun (NRIC No. 741111-10-5576) of c/o BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd, 12th Floor, Menara Uni.Asia, 1008 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur had been appointed as liquidators of GPSB. The voluntary winding-up of GPSB will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the GENT Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
