| Description | AMCORP PROPERTIES BERHAD ("AMPROP" OR "THE COMPANY") - PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF A PARCEL OF FREEHOLD VACANT LAND LOCATED IN THE MUKIM SETUL, DAERAH SEREMBAN, NEGERI SEMBILAN BY TAIFAB PROPERTIES SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF AMPROP ("PROPOSED DISPOSAL") |
We refer to the announcement dated 24 October 2012 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. All terms used herein shall have the same meaning as given in the said announcement. AMPROP wishes to announce that the Company has today received notification from its solicitor that Sepang Cemerlang Sdn Bhd ('SCSB") had obtained the approval from the Economic Planning Unit ("EPU") via EPU's letter dated 4 December 2012 for the acquisition of the Land from Taifab Properties Sdn Bhd, subject to the condition that at least 30% equity interest in SCSB must be held by Bumiputera prior to the transfer of the Land to SCSB.
