Description: We refer to the announcement dated 22 August 2011 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's query letter dated 25 August 2011 in respect of the Proposals.
On behalf of the Company, AFFIN Investment wishes to provide further information to the queries as enclosed in the attachment herein.

Query Letter content: We refer to your announcement dated 22 August 2011 in respect of the above
captioned matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release :-
1. Details of other previous comparable transactions undertaken by companies
listed on the ACE Market which had resulted in a significant change in their
business directions.
2. The latest interim results of PT Power for the period ended 31 March 2011,
stating turnover, profit before tax and profit after tax and minority interest.
3. The original date of investment by BP Power in the 40,000 PT Power Shares.
4. The terms of any arrangement for payment on a deferred basis for the
proposed disposal of the Logistics Software Division Companies and Digital
Media Division Companies ("Disposal Assets") respectively.
5. Principal markets for Oriented Media Services Sdn Bhd ("OMSSB"), Oriented
Games Sdn Bhd, Oriented Games Pte Ltd, Trillium Solutions Sdn Bhd and Portrade
Assets Sdn Bhd's products and services respectively.
6. The policies on the foreign investments of Indonesia.
7. The reason for the increase in OMSSB's total revenue of approximately 34%
for the financial year ended 30 June 2010.
