Query Letter content: We refer to your Company's announcement dated 23 August 2011 in respect of the
aforesaid RPT.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-
(1) The date on which the terms of the arrangement will be agreed upon;
(2) Particulars of all liabilities to be assumed by PETRONAS arising from the
arrangement;
(3) The justification for the estimated sum to be recovered from PETRONAS and
the manner in
which the aforesaid will be satisfied including the terms of any payment on a
deferred basis;
(4) The effect of the arrangement on KLCC Property Holdings Berhad's ("KLCCP")
net assets per
share, earnings per share, gearing, share capital and substantial
shareholders' shareholding;
(5) Statement by the board of directors, excluding the interested directors
stating whether the
arrangement is in the best interest of KLCCP, and where a director disagrees
with such
statement, a statement by the director setting out reasons and the factors
taken into
consideration in forming that opinion;
(6) The estimated timeframe to complete the arrangement; and
(7) The total amount transacted with the same related party for the preceding
12 months.
