(ii) the Company has yet to formulate any rectification plans to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread. However, the Company is still working towards formulating plans and exploring steps to increase the liquidity of its shares and will make the appropriate announcements in relation to the status of its efforts to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread.
(iii) the Company will submit an application of extension of time to rectify its public shareholding spread to Bursa Securities in due time.
