Contents: The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Syarikat Majuperak Berhad had executed a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with Xtreme New Sdn Bhd on 18 August 2010 to jointly develop land owned by Syarikat Majuperak Berhad.
The land measuring approximately 460 acres is situated at Batu Gajah, Perak.
Both parties agreed that a Joint Venture Agreement shall be executed within a period of 3 months that may be extended to another 3 months.
