Bina Darulaman Berhad ("BDB") wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary ,Kedah Sato Sdn Bhd (KSSB) had on 16th August 2010 received the Interim Letter of Acceptance from Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK) for "Cadangan Pembangunan Dataran Usahawan Alor Setar Di atas Lot 2630,2632,2633 dan Sebahagian Tanah Kerajaan (Pasar Serbanika) Jalan Sultan Badlishah Mukim Derga Daerah Kota Setar Kedah Darul Aman" (hereinafter referred as the Project) subject to the conditions as stipulated in the Interim Letter of Acceptance and the Deed of Assignment to be drawn up.
