Contents: Further to our reply to query on 4 June 2010 and to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 7 June 2010 to the Company in connection with the sharp rise in price in the Company's shares recently wherein we disclosed that on West Coast Expressway ("WCE"), we have made periodic updates in our quarterly announcements of interim results and our latest Audited Report and Financial Statements as at 31 January 2010 which was released on 31 May 2010, we confirm that we are still holding discussions with Government in relation to extension of time to obtain the Financial Close pursuant to the Concession Agreement of the WCE, and the proposed changes to certain terms and conditions of the Concession Agreement. Such discussions are normally protracted and we are unable at this stage to confirm if the Government will accede to all our requests.
