("DSFSB"), a joint venture company of Daya OCI Sdn Bhd ("DOCI"), which in turn is a subsidiary of DMB, and Connect Energy Sevices Pte. Ltd. ("Connect Energy") DSFSB had on 13 April 2015, given a notice of termination of the JVA to Connect Energy. The Board of Directors of DMB wish to announce that the JVA is deemed terminated as of 13 April 2015. The termination of the JVA is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, share capital, gearing and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of DMB for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.
