ePetrol Services Sdn Bhd (“ePetrol Services”) and ePetrol Systems Sdn Bhd (“ePetrol Systems”) are non-wholly owned subsidiary companies of DIALOG. The remaining equity interest of both ePetrol Services and ePetrol Systems are held by ePetrol Holding Sdn Bhd (“ePetrol Holding”) of which Tan Sri Dr Ngau Boon Keat is a Director and has substantial interest in ePetrol Holding and its subsidiaries via his private holding company in ePetrol Holding.
