Query Letter Contents	We refer to your announcement dated 16 March 2015 in respect of the above captioned matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- 1. Whether any valuation was carried out on the Development Land. If so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value. 2. Types and number of units for each type of residential units. 3. Number of storeys, gross build-up area and net usable area for retails units/shopping mall. 4. Number of blocks, number of storeys per block, gross build-up area and net usable area for Retail Mall and Suria Corporate Office respectively. 5. Number of blocks, number of storeys, number of units per block and gross build up area for both service suites and service apartments. 6. The capital outlay to be borne by Suria Capital. 7. Number of units and type of development to be received by Suria Capital pursuant to the Suria Capital’s Entitlement and intended use by Suria Capital. 8.
