Reference is made to the announcements made on 17 April 2014, 24 September 2014, 2 December 2014 and 11 March 2015 in relation to the Notice of Appeal filed by the Company to the Court of Appeal on the decision of the Suit. The Company wishes to inform that the hearing of the appeal was concluded today and the Court of Appeal has deferred judgement to a date to be given in due course. The Company will provide an update once the Court of Appeal reverts on their judgement.
