is made to the Company’s announcements made on 20 March 2015 and 24 March 2015. The
Board of Directors of SYF Resources Berhad (“SYF” or “the Company”) wishes to provide
further information on the basis of the valuation used by KGV
International Property Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd :- 1) Currently,
there are three main buildings on the Demised Premises. 2) Based on existing use as unconverted land, the
valuation of RM10.752 million takes into account the value of the land as
agricultural land and the value of one building only as under agricultural
status, only one building is allowed to be erected on the land. 3) Upon
conversion to industrial use together with all three buildings approved by the
relevant authorities, the valuation premised on this assumption is RM17.25
million and it is arrived at based on industrial land value and the value of
three buildings. 4) In
arriving at the above valuations, the “Comparison and Cost” method is used
under which the value of the land is based on the comparison method and the
value of the building(s) based on the estimated cost to erect such building(s).
