As at 23 March 2015, MGB had acquired 14,811,300 shares of MNC Wireless Berhad (“MNC”) or an equivalent of 15.7% of issued and paid up capital of MNC. MNC had achieved high revenue for the year 2014. Referring to the fourth quarter of 2014 unaudited results announced by MNC, the revenue for the 12 months ended 31 December 2014 was RM18.7 million, the highest revenue achieved since it was listed on ACE market (previously known as Mesdaq market) in 2005. Based on the above, the Board of MGB opines that MNC is able to deliver better results than previous years. This announcement is dated 27 March 2015. | |
