Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 18 April 2012, 18 September 2012, 5 February 2013 and 21 January 2014 in relation to the above. The Board of Directors of TSR Capital Berhad ("the Company") would like to update that its indirect 70% owned subsidiary, Jalur Canggih Sdn Bhd (“JCSB”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd ("TSRB") had been informed by its solicitor of the following:- The Federal Court has allowed JCSB and TSRB's appeal and upheld the High Court decision. The Court of Appeal decision is thus set aside and the Federal Court has further awarded RM25,000.00 as costs in the Federal Court. This announcement is dated 6 February 2015.
