We refer to the announcement made in relation to the Proposed Land Disposal dated 8 May 2014 and 10 November 2014 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined herein, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements. The Board of Tropicana wishes to announce that Tropicana Bukit Bintang Development Sdn Bhd (“TBBD”) and Agile Tropicana Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Offshore Triangle Sdn Bhd) (“ATD”), a joint-venture company between Supreme Converge Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tropicana, and Agile Real Estate Development (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Vista Oasis Sdn Bhd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agile Property Holdings Limited, to develop TBBD Land as a mixed commercial development project, had on 7 January 2015 mutually agreed to extend the Approval Period for a further period of 1 month to 7 February 2015 (“Further Extended Period”). Both TBBD and ATD will during the Further Extended Period negotiate and enter into a supplemental agreement to the TBBD SPA. This announcement is dated 8 January 2015.
