issued and paid-up share capital of AirAsia of 2,782,974,080 ordinary shares of
RM0.10 each were held by foreigners.
The percentage of ownership of shares in the Company by foreigners
has exceeded the limit of 45% of the Company's total issued and paid-up share
capital ("Prescribed Limit"). | |
