On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 5 December 2014, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 4,738,447 New Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to, inter-alia, the following conditions: (i) MAHB and its adviser must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the DRP; (ii) MAHB and its adviser to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the DRP; (iii) MAHB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the DRP is completed; (iv) Payment of additional listing fees for the New Shares to be issued (if any).
