We refer to the announcement dated 24 June 2014 and subsequent announcements made in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of WSC, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 8 October 2014 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA. Pursuant to the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, the JVA has become effective on 8 October 2014 and accordingly, Alam-PE becomes a 49%-owned jointly controlled entity of Wasco.
