(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in previous announcements in relation to the Proposals) We refer to the announcements dated 26 June 2014, 17 July 2014, 25 July 2014, 15 August 2014, 24 September and 25 September 2014 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of FimaCorp, Maybank IB wishes to announce that based on the Entitlement Date: (i) 164,853,620 Subdivided Shares pursuant to the Share Split; and (ii) upon completion of the Share Split, 80,470,710 Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue, will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 13 October 2014, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. Upon completion of the Proposals, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of FimaCorp will be RM122,662,165 comprising 245,324,330 Subdivided Shares.
