In reference to the announcements made on 19 September 2014, 23 September 2014 and 25 September 2014, the Board of Directors of Cymao Holdings Berhad ("Cymao" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent have been met and as a result, the Share Sale Agreement is now unconditional. Accordingly, the Share Sale Agreement is deemed completed today.
