The Board
of Directors of BTECH wishes to announce that Spectrum Laboratories (Johore)
Sdn. Bhd. (“SLJSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BTECH, has accepted business
premises financing facilities of RM 1,760,000.00 (‘the business premises
financing facilities”) granted by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad ("ABMB”) to
part finance the purchase of four
(4) units of double storey shop offices in Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru,
Johor Darul Takzim.
The
Company will provide a corporate guarantee of RM 1,760,000.00 in favour of ABMB
in respect of the business premises financing facilities granted to SLJSB.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of
BTECH or persons connected to the Directors and/or major shareholders of BTECH
have any interest, direct or indirect in the business premises financing
facilities.
