The Board of Directors of CRB wishes to announce that CRB had on 30 September 2014, received and accepted a Letter of Acceptance of Tender, dated 29 September 2014, for the construction of 116 units of Terrace Houses Type Idaman Dahlia 2 & 3 at Taman Bukit Dahlia, Pasir Gudang, Johor Darul Takzim (“hereinafter referred to as “the Works”) from Johor Land Berhad (Company No. 12379-K) of Kompleks Mutiara Johor Land, Jalan Bukit Mutiara, Bandar Dato’ Onn, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim (“JLB”) for a sum of RM26,000,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty Six Million only) (“Contract Sum”) for a contract period of fifteen (15) months and are expected to be completed by January 2016. The Works will be carried out by CRB's Infrastructure and Construction Division. There are no major risks in relation to the Works, save for the normal construction risk of material price and labour cost fluctuations which are already covered by the Contract Sum. The Directors of CRB are of the opinion that the Works are in the best interest of CRB. The Works are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CRB and would not have any effect on the share capital or shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of CRB. None of the Directors, major shareholders or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of CRB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Works.
