We wish to highlight on the following amendments on item 10 of Percentage Ratio of the announcement made on 2 October 2014 as follows:- As announced on 2 October 2014 Amended Item 10 Percentage Ratio Under Paragraph 10.02(G) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”) Percentage Ratio Under Paragraph 10.02(G) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”) The highest percentage ratio triggered for the Proposals pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the MMLR is 14.60%. The highest percentage ratio triggered for the Proposals pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the MMLR is 14.60%, this is after considering the call and put option for Karex to acquire additional 15% equity interest in GP in year 2017 is exercised, resulting in total equity interest in GP to be held by Karex of 70%. In the event that shareholders’ approval is required for the exercise of the call and put option for Karex to acquire the balance 30% equity interest in GP, such approval shall be obtained before the option is exercised.
