We refer to the announcements dated 10 July 2014, 24 July 2014, 14 August
2014, 19 August 2014, 27 August 2014, 3 September 2014 and 10 September 2014 in
relation to, among others, the Private Placement (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall

On
behalf of PUC, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 20 October
2014 fixed the issue price for the final tranche of the placement of 36,905,000
Placement Shares at RM0.16 per Placement Share. The
issue price represents a discount of RM0.014 or 8.05% from the five (5)-day
volume weighted average market price of the PUC Shares up to and including 17 October
2014 of RM0.1740.
