We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 2 October 2014 and 10 October 2014 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue. On behalf of the Board of Directors of KIB, Public Investment Bank Berhad (“PIVB”) is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had via its letter dated 21 October 2014 (which was received on 23 October 2014), approved the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue, subject to the following conditions: (i) KIB and PIVB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“LR”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue; (ii) KIB and PIVB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue; (iii) KIB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and onditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed; and (iv) KIB and PIVB are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraphs 6.35(2)(a) and (b) and 6.35(4) of the LR.
