Following the completion of the Proposed Dilution and Proposed Acquisition, the shareholdings of GPB Group, SKT and TM Group in PON is 31.1%, 13.6% and 55.3% respectively.

For information purposes, Tranche A of the Proposed Exchangeable MTNs Issuance comprising RM119,327,377.19 of nominal value of the Exchangeable MTNs has also been issued to Mobikom on 30 September 2014.
