We refer to the announcements dated 29 June 2012, 27 August 2012, 28 December 2012, 27 June 2013, 30 August 2013, 27 December 2013 and 26 June 2014 and we are pleased to announce that the SC has via its letter dated 9 September 2014 approved our application for an extension of time of twelve (12) months until 25 August 2015 to comply with the following conditions imposed by the SC (via its letter dated 26 August 2011) in conjunction with EITA’s listing on the Main Market of Bursa Securities:- (a) EITA is to rectify all unapproved structures erected on Lot 2135A, Off Jalan Welfare, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor within twelve (12) months from the date of the SC’s letter dated 26 August 2011; (b) EITA/ Amlnvestment Bank Berhad is to make half-yearly announcements to Bursa Securities on the remedial actions taken to comply with the condition set out in (a) above; and (c) EITA/ Amlnvestment Bank Berhad is to update the SC on the status of application when such announcements are made to Bursa Securities.
