Description	CENSOF HOLDINGS BERHAD ("CENSOF" OR "THE COMPANY")
The Company is pleased to announce that on 28 May 2014, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd ("CSM") received a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 26 May 2014 from Northport (Malaysia) Bhd entitled “Replacement of Financial and Accounting Management System with Two (2) Years of Support & Maintenance Services” for a contract sum of RM3,700,000.00 (“the Contract”). The Letter of Acceptance on the LOA was signed by CSM on 2 June 2014. The tenure of the contract is for a period of eight (8) months from the date of acceptance of the LOA. The Contract will not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders’, net asset per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries (“Censof Group”). Bearing any unforeseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Contract will contribute positively to the earnings per share and the future earnings of Censof Group. Censof does not envisage any risk factor arising from the Contract besides business risk. However, the Company will continuously be taking appropriate measures to manage and mitigate the risk. None of the Directors, its substantial shareholders or person connected with the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest in the Contract. The Board, after considering all aspects of the Contract are of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of Censof Group. This announcement is dated 5 June 2014.
