Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 26 June 2013, wherein it was announced that BGB has been classified as an affected listed issuer under Paragraph 2.1(e) of the Practice Note No. 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. In relation thereto, BGB proposes to implement the following: (i) Proposed Capital Reduction and Consolidation; (ii) Proposed Private Placement; (iii) Proposed Schemes of Arrangement with Creditors; (iv) Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants; (v) Proposed Exemption; and (vi) Proposed Amendment (collectively known as the “Proposed Regularisation Plan”). Further details of the Proposed Regularisation Plan are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 6 June 2014.
