The said new Maybank Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 2 June 2014.

With the listing of the said new Maybank Shares, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of Maybank is 9,111,600,394 Maybank Shares.
