refer to our announcements dated 2 March 2012, 6 March 2012 and 2 May 2012 in
relation to the above Proposals. We also refer to the announcement dated 15 May
2014 in relation to the withdrawal of services as Principal Adviser by TA
Securities Holdings Berhad for the Proposals. The Board wishes to announce that the Company has decided to abort the above Proposals in view of its undertaking of a new Proposed Private Placement of up to Ten Percent (10%) of the Issued and paid up Capital of Raya as duly approved by Bursa vide its letter dated 30 January 2014 and also as the Proposed Joint Collaboration with Resscom Petroleum Sdn Bhd for distribution and trading of O&G products did not materialise at that time. This
