Soon after he was sent to manage the police District of Central Malacca as OCPD and Community Policing was once again a priority as part of crime management. In 2008, he returned to Bukit Aman Kuala Lumpur as Principal Assistant Director, Serious Crimes Division (D9) CID. By consolidating their operational capacity, he managed to successfully reduce the National Serious Crimes Index (murders, kidnapping, hijacking and armed robberies) by more than 70%. Currently, as the CEO of DJ Protective Consultancy Services, Dato' Johari brings a sound foundation of unique and extensive knowledge and experience together with specialist expertise in solution-based approaches. |
