We refer to the announcements dated 27 February 2014, 27 March 2014, 15 April 2014, 22 April 2014, 23 April 2014, 15 May 2014 and 16 May 2014 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of AEON, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the Entitlement Date: (i) 351,000,000 Bonus Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue; and (ii) upon completion of the Bonus Issue, 1,404,000,000 Subdivided Shares pursuant to the Share Split, will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 2 June 2014, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. For the avoidance of doubt, upon completion of the Proposals, the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of AEON will be RM702,000,000 comprising 1,404,000,000 Subdivided Shares. This Announcement is dated 30 May 2014.

Remarks : "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 25 June 2014 with bonus issue of AHEALTH shares of RM1.00 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive AHEALTH bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his AHEALTH shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (20 June 2014).
For example, if Mr X purchases 400 AHEALTH shares on cum basis on 19 June 2014, Mr X should receive 400 shares on 24 June 2014. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 500 AHEALTH shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 24 June 2014 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 500 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 20 June 2014 onwards."
