We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 April 2014 and 17 April 2014 on the Proposed Subscription. The Company wishes to announce that the Group (through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lightwell Shipping Inc.) had on 25 April 2014, subscribed for 71,676,000 new ordinary shares at SGD1.15 per share in POSH for a total consideration of SGD82,427,400 (approximately USD65,756,294.85 or RM215,549,134.52). The Group’s shareholdings in POSH remain at 21.23% upon completion of the Proposed Subscription. This announcement is dated 26 May 2014.

The Board of Directors of CRB wishes to announce that CRB had on 20 May 2014, accepted two (2) Letters of Acceptance, both dated 14 May 2014, in respect of the tenders for the construction of 64 units of Terrace Houses type Begonia ("Contract No. 1") and 48 units of Terrace Houses type Ballerina ("Contract No. 2") at Neighbourhood 15, Bandar Dato' Onn, Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim (hereinafter referred to as "the Works") from Johor Land Berhad (Company No. 12379-K) for a total sum of RM22,300,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Twenty-Two Million and Three Hundred Thousand only) ("Contract Sum") for a contract period of fifteen (15) months and expected to be completed by September 2015. The Works will be carried out by CRB's Infrastructure and Construction Division. There are no major risks in relation to the Works. Nevertheless, the Works might be subjected to normal construction risk of material price and labour cost fluctuations which are already covered by the Contract Sum. The Directors of CRB are of the opinion that the Works are in the best interest of CRB. The Works are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of CRB for the financial year ending 31 October 2014 and would not have any effect on the share capital or shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of CRB. None of the Directors, major shareholders or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of CRB has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Works.
