Reference is made to the announcement made on 9 October 2013 in relation to the Agreement to purchase buildings together with the piece of land in area located in Kanchanavanich Road, Sadao, Songkhla, Thailand. The Board of Directors of Takaso Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the earlier Agreement signed on 9 October 2013, will expire on 8 April 2014 and the Company had entered into an Addendum Agreement according to the following terms and conditions:- 1. The land will be registred under Takaso SC (Thailand) Limited, subject to approval by relevant government agencies; 2. To extend the terms of the Agreement to be valid until 15 May 2014; and 3. To effect registration of transfer of ownership by 15 May 2014 or otherwise the deposit of THB 1,000,000 will be forfeited immediately after 15 May 2014. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
