The Board of Directors of Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad (“MHB” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd has on 2 April 2014 accepted from Symphony Hills Sdn Bhd, a member of the UEM Sunrise Group, the award for the proposed construction and completion of the Main Building Works of the Housing Block 5 at Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya for a contract sum of RM277,416,999.00 only (“the Contract”).       The Contract is for duration of 29 months and is expected to be completed by August 2016.       The Contract is expected to contribute positively to MHB Group’s future earnings.   None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company and persons connected with such Directors or major shareholders have any interest in the Contract.   This announcement is dated 3 April 2014.
