The said authority would expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 14th AGM of the Company. A Share Buy-Back Statement in connection with the resolution seeking the approval of the shareholders for the proposed renewal of the authority for share buy-back at the forthcoming 14th AGM will be forwarded to shareholders in due course together with the Notice of 14th AGM.
