("Kimdec" or "Vendor") had on 28 March 2014, entered into separate sale and purchase agreements (“Agreements”) with four (4) parties to dispose individual parcels of land contagious to each other measuring 91.49 acres in total at Temerloh Industrial Park, Mukim Mentakab, District Of Temerloh, Pahang Darul Makmur (“Property”) for RM6.50 per sq. ft. equivalent to total consideration of RM25,905,328.
