CCSB is a private company incorporated in Malaysia on 16 December 2013 with an authorised share capital of RM100,000 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up. CCSB has not commenced operation since its incorporation. The subscription is part of the Group’s continuous effort in expanding the existing business activities by securing more market shares via new subsidiaries such as CCSB to increase its revenue in the future The Subscription is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share and the net assets of the CPG Group for the financial year ending 31 May 2014.
