The Board of Directors of WWTKH wish to annouce that Greatpac (S) Pte Ltd ("GSPL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greatpac Sdn Bhd which in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 3 January 2014 submitted an application to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore ("ACRA") to strike off the name of GSPL from the register pursuant to Section 344 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50. ACRA had replied via e-mail on 7 January 2014 informing that the abovesaid application is being processed by the registry. The striking off of GSPL does not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Wawasan Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014, and the share capital of the Company as the subsidiary company is dormant. | |
