BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 90,750,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM1.00 EACH IN OLDTOWN BERHAD (“OLDTOWN”) (“SHARE(S)”) (“BONUS SHARE(S)”) TO BE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID-UP AT PAR, ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY FOUR (4) EXISTING SHARES HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF OLDTOWN AT 5.00 P.M. ON 27 JANUARY 2014 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") (“BONUS ISSUE”).

3) Retention Money : Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned :-

Remarks : "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place on 28 January 2014 with bonus issue of OLDTOWN shares of RM1.00 each, any shareholder who is entitled to receive OLDTOWN bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his OLDTOWN shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (23 January 2014).
For example, if Mr X purchases 400 OLDTOWN shares on cum basis on 22 January 2014, Mr X should receive 400 shares on 27 January 2014. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 500 OLDTOWN shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 27 January 2014 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 500 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 23 January 2014 onwards."
