After taking into consideration of the location of the property, building conditions, total built up area, age of building, facilities available, etc, and the negotiation with the Purchaser, NTW has managed to fix the selling price at RM25,000,000.00 or approximately RM1,563.00 per square meter. The Sale Consideration is at a premium over the latest audited net book value and original cost of investment of the Property. This announcement is dated 3 January 2014.
