The Board of Directors of Industronics is pleased to announce that the Company had on 30 December 2013 received full and final payment for the Balance Purchase Price and as such the Sale and Purchase Agreement in respect of the disposal of two (2) pieces of land together with two (2) units of three and a half (3 ) storey shop-office erected thereon at No. 39 & No. 41, Jalan Sungai Besi Indah 1/19, Taman Sungai Besi Indah, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan has been duly completed on 30 December 2013.
