Further to our announcements dated 3 August 2012, 8 August 2012, 15 August 2012, 19 September 2012, 21 September 2012, 7 November 2012, 20 November 2012, 18 January 2013 21 January 2013, 12 April 2013 and 23 July 2013, KHSB wishes to announce the latest development on the above case involving SAP Ulu Yam Sdn Bhd (“SAPUY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAP Holdings Berhad which in turn is the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The solicitor for SAPUY has informed that the Court had adjourned the Trial dates fixed on 14 November 2013 and 15 November 2013 to 20 March 2014 and 21 March 2014 respectively for the Plaintiff’s Counsel to file in the Notice of Change of Solicitors. The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 15 November 2013. | |
