The terms used herein shall, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 23 September 2013 in relation to the Proposed Offer. We refer to the announcement dated 23 September 2013, 14 October 2013, 31 October 2013 and 7 November 2013 in relation to the Proposed Offer. On behalf ICB, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that the Joint Offerors have notified the holders of the Offer Shares that the closing date and time for acceptance of the Proposed Offer has been further extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 18 November 2013 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 2 December 2013 (“Second Revised Closing Date"). A copy of the press notice on the abovementioned matters is attached. Notice of the said extension will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares accordingly (including the holders of the Offer Shares who have accepted the Proposed Offer). | |
