Further to our announcement dated 7 November 2013, KHSB wishes to announce further development on the above case involving SAP Holdings Berhad (“SAP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The solicitor for SAP attended the Case Management for Arbain & Co.’s Application for Extension of Time to file the Taxation of Bill of Costs on 21 November 2013. The counsel for Arbain & Co. informed the Court that they do not have any further Affidavits to file for their Stay Application. The Court had fixed the next Case Management on 12 December 2013 for parties to forward their respective written submissions to the Court for the Stay Application.
